Branded as Uelzena, the Hoche Butter GmbH supplies bakery and other wholesalers with a variety of different butter fats for bakery and confectionery applications. These products are made in the butter melting plant of Uelzena GmbH at the Uelzen site.
Traditionally, butter fat is used for fine bakery products, for the production of chocolates and crème fillings and for other confectionery products. It is made from butter by gently removing the water.
Besides the classic pure butter fat with a minimum milk fat content of 99.8%, the product range also comprises butter fat with added carotene or vanillin as well as soft product variants that have been whipped with nitrogen.
The products are available in 10 kilogram or 25 kilogram cardboard boxes.
