QM Dairy Sustainability Tool

The shift in values is in full swing - globally and across all industries: Consumers, producers, retailers and politicians increasingly focus on sustainable actions. This applies in particular to products from nature. Traditionally, farms are handling their own existence carefully in order to stay viable. The project “QM Dairy Sustainability Tool” aims at providing an objective and comparable evaluation of agricultural milk producers.

First of all, the results from the dairy sustainability tool shall identify possible improvements in milk production in a targeted way. Thus the project strengthens the compatibility of German dairy farmers on global markets. The Uelzena Group actively and purposefully promotes sustainability in its own milk production processes and is involved with great commitment in the “QM Dairy Sustainability Tool” of the dairy industry.
