In the 1980s, TRILACTIS was the first producer to launch butter with vanillin or carotene for bakers and pastry cooks and thus became one of the most important suppliers to the industry. The branded range for industrial users provided by the sales company TRILACTIS GmbH has comprised various butter specialties, butter fats and cheeses for the bakery trade, for pastry shops and butchers.
In 2018 TRILACTIS GmbH was merged with Hoche Butter GmbH. Today the brand TRILACTIS is used for cheese products for butchers whereas butter and butterfat for the greater part has changed to Hoche Butter brand. The products are distributed by Hoche Butter GmbH.
