Our members are cooperative dairies and dairy farms who supply us with high-quality milk – and who are also co-owners. This close cooperation provides transparency, trust and stability. Our role is to purchase a dependable volume of milk and pay a competitive milk price. Our members and their milk producers directly benefit from our success – commercially and in terms of partnership.
One advantage of our set-up is that we know our suppliers personally – we’ve often known them for decades. This close regional proximity creates a deep relationship of trust that defines our medium-sized group. Our customers also share this deep level of trust. We have been supporting many of them for years, and the same goes for a large number of our employees who have stayed with us for the long term. Long-term relationships don’t happen by chance. They are part of the cooperative nature of our company culture.
