For more than 70 years, the Uelzena Group has produced a large variety of different products for the global food industry — tailor-made, innovative and of high quality. It all started with milk from the region, Northern Germany and this is where the milk still comes from today.
Clarity in ways and goals
The Uelzena Group is essentially a cooperative, supported by dairy farms as well as milk collection cooperatives and their milk producers. Therefore, the focus is not on maximizing the profit of the cooperative, but on the milk payout required to keep the milk-producing farms viable. By tradition, this has been the focus of our business strategy.

With a practical orientation
Over the last few years, Uelzena has expanded its vocational training opportunities. We are now offering a total of 10 different dual training apprenticeships at four different sites.
